Her Excellency Ambassador Dr. Remi Duyile is a global leadership strategist, UN Peace Ambassador, and former Vice President at Bank of America with deep experience at the intersection of leadership, finance, and institutional growth.

She is the Founder of Legacy Premier Foundation and Image Consulting Group, where she supports executives, founders, and emerging leaders to move from potential to measurable impact through clarity, strategy, and strong leadership systems.

With a career spanning corporate boardrooms, community development, and global partnership work across the U.S. and Africa, Dr. Remi is known for helping women lead with confidence, communicate with influence, and build legacies rooted in integrity, competence, and purpose.

Becoming and Beyond is her platform for equipping women with the tools to lead boldly, maximize opportunities, and build sustainable success, personally, professionally, and economically.

Beyond her career, she is a devoted wife and mother of three accomplished children, exemplifying the power of perseverance, legacy, and global impact.

Bishop Funke Felix-Adejumo

Funke Felix-Adejumo, an English Graduate, is the President of the Funke Felix-Adejumo Foundation, and a High Performance Coach at FFA Matrix Centre, a total-life management coaching firm helping individuals and corporations unlock their innate potentials. She is a Female Enthusiast and Philanthropist. Her unique unction and utterance has endowed her to the hearts of millions of people that have listened to her at conferences and seminars around the world.

She has a great passion for womanhood with a divine purpose on earth “Honouring God and Blessing Humanity”. This vision has transformed into many works such as the Grace Orphanage, Karis Life Hospitals, FFA Resort Centre, Widows’ Empowerment Scheme, Lepers’ Care Program, and many others. Her foundation is dedicated to making worldwide impact with a special call to restoring dignity to womanhood and equipping women from all over the world.

She is a recipient of many honors by reputable global institutions, such as the distinguished Award of Outstanding Contribution to Women in the Commonwealth.

Funke Felix-Adejumo is currently a law student.

FFA as she is fondly called has authored over 100 book titles such as “Fifty Lessons Life Taught Me”. “My Seed is Designed for the Palace”, and many others. She is married to Bishop Felix Remi Adejumo and their most blissful home is blessed with two men, two women, nine grandchildren and many adopted children. She is the mother of the Agape Family Worldwide; and hers is a story of a woman helped by God.

What is the Becoming and Beyond Women’s Transformational Intensive?

Becoming and Beyond is a high touch, 2 day leadership and transformation intensive hosted by H.E. Amb. Dr. Remi Duyile. It is designed for women who are ready to move from survival and autopilot to intentional, purpose driven leadership in their careers, businesses, families, and communities.

This intensive is for women leaders carrying responsibility, including corporate professionals, entrepreneurs, ministry/non-profit leaders, public sector leaders, and women in transition. It offers clarity, structure, language, and strategy for their next chapter and maximum potential
The event is faith informed and values driven. Dr. Remi leads from a Christian worldview and there will be moments of reflection and prayer. However, women from all backgrounds who are comfortable in that environment and want to grow in purpose, leadership, and impact are welcome.
Dates: March 14 to 15, 2026 Location: Maryland and the wider DMV region. Final venue details will be shared with all registered attendees and updated on this page.
Each paid ticket includes access to all teaching and strategy sessions, a participant workbook or digital materials, networking opportunities, and light refreshments during the program hours. VIP tickets include additional access as described in the ticket section.
Accommodation is not included in the ticket price. Light refreshments will be provided during program hours. Attendees are responsible for their lodging and main meals. Once the venue is confirmed, we will share nearby hotel suggestions and possible discounted room blocks.
It is a hybrid experience. You can expect structured teaching, case style learning, strategy exercises, reflection time, and opportunities to connect with other women in an atmosphere that feels more like a curated intensive than a casual meetup.
This particular intensive is intentionally designed for women. Men who are interested in Dr. Remi’s leadership work can reach out separately for future mixed or executive programs.
 Tickets are generally non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another qualified attendee by notifying our team in writing at least 7 days before the event.

Come as your best self. Smart casual, business casual, or elegant comfortable attire is appropriate. You may want to bring a light jacket or wrap in case the room is cool.
This intensive is designed primarily as an in person, in the room experience. If any sessions are recorded or made available later, details will be shared with registered participants.
